PROJECT MANAGEMENT
During implementation stage Caliber serves as intermediary and if necessary we engage our own Project Managers to assist in smooth transition of Your ideas to the ready products ready to be shipped. Our Project Managers will serve as a communication and technical link during all phases of implementations.
FACTORY AUDITS
We understand how important it is to cooperate with the factory that has done all of the due diligence and has set the foundation for successful execution of your project. We provide 3 levels of factory qualification depending on Your organization's particular requirement.
Level 1: we evaluate against detailed qualification standards - with factory visit (fee)
Level 2: we evaluate against Client's audit standards - with factory visit (fee)
Level 3: we arrange the visit and evaluation through certified audit organization (fee)

VISITS / TRAVELLING ARRANGEMENTS
Caliber organizes visits to selected suppliers and assists with all travel, transportation, accommodation and meeting arrangements while travelling to meet with sourcing partners.
